Greetings from Multipurpose Community Development Service (MCDS)!

It is with great gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility that I extend my heartfelt appreciation to all our partners, supporters, and community members who have journeyed with MCDS over three decades. Since our establishment in 1994, we have walked through many ups and downs but remained steadfast in our commitment to serve the poor and marginalized across Nepal through integrated development initiatives. We have come across from humble beginnings a grown into a trusted organization reaching over 20 districts of Nepal.

MCDS believes in empowering communities by identifying their needs and working together with community participation and local ownership, towards sustainable and lasting transformation. Our approach through integrated efforts in health, education, livelihood development, local capacity development, disaster response, and environmental protection reflect our dedication to holistic transformation.

As we move forward, we continue to be guided by our vision of transformed communities enjoying life in its fullness. Let us remain united in purpose and compassion, striving to build a just, healthy, and empowered society. I sincerely thank our national and international partners, local authorities, and especially the community people who have trusted and worked with us over the years and for being part of this ongoing journey of transformation.
